With support from all five West Shore municipalities (Langford, Colwood, View Royal, Metchosin, and Highlands), PACS has established an intermunicipal committee to discuss the proposed arts and culture centre, with an aim to reach agreement on a grant-ready project.
The following Councilors have been appointed by their Councils as the representative to the Intermunicipal Committee:
