With support from all six West Shore municipalities (Langford, Colwood, View Royal, Metchosin, Highlands and Sooke), PACS has established an intermunicipal committee to discuss the proposed arts and culture centre, with an aim to reach agreement on a grant-ready project. This committee is providing advice on shared operating and funding models, as well as preferred location for the centre.
The following Councillors have been appointed by their Councils as the representative to the Intermunicipal Committee:
